01. Say Hi! (let’s connect!)

Start by filling out our inquiry form to share the key details about your celebration.

02. All in the Details

If your date is available, we’ll send over a detailed questionnaire to learn more about your stationery and signage needs and your overall vision for the big day.

03. Virtual Coffee Chat (30 minute consultation)

Picking vendors can be overwhelming, so we’re excited to meet you and answer any questions you may have!

04. Contract & Vision Board

After our call, you’ll receive a custom proposal with all the stationery and signage details we discussed, as well as an invoice and contract. We require a signed contract and $500 non-refundable retainer in order to secure your date.

05. The Fun Part - Designing!

Around 3-4 months out we’ll jump on another call to chat through all your stationery and signage needs for the big day. After our call, we'll present the first round of mock-ups and start the revision process.

06. Gearing Up for the Big Day!

30 days out we will collect the final details from you such as your guest list, menu selections and seating assignments. The remaining balance is due 30 days out from your wedding date.

07. Let’s Get You Married!

The most important part! We’ll take care of all the paper goods and signage installations so all you have to do is stand back and see your vision come to life!
